On Friday, March 9, 2024, a new aluminum melting furnace with heat recovery system was delivered to our branch in Ustroń :)

Modern furnaces with flue gas recirculation often provide better control of the melting process, which can translate into higher quality castings. Precise temperature control and melting process minimize the risk of material defects, ensuring better uniformity and mechanical properties of the castings.

Thanks to improved energy efficiency, the furnace with flue gas recirculation generates less CO2 emissions and other harmful gases compared to traditional furnaces. This is beneficial both for the environment and for meeting regulatory emission standards.
